Mark Rycroft was born on July 12, 1978 in Penticton, British Columbia and is a retired National Hockey League forward. Mark played three seasons for the University of Denver before beginning his professional career with the Worcester Ice Cats in the AHL. Mark played seven professional seasons and registered 46 points in 226 NHL Regular Season games.

Don’t focus on being drafted or team ‘depth’ charts. They mean nothing. Just go make the team.
