Angelo’s passion for hockey, specifically developing and helping players reach their long-term goals while absorbing the many life lessons that hockey provides, makes KO Sports the perfect place for him to make a difference with their clients.
Angelo worked in Information Technology sales for over 20 years, while being involved in minor hockey at a variety of levels before becoming the Director of Hockey Operations for Pro Hockey Development Group in 2014. At Pro Hockey, Angelo performed a variety of duties including player recruitment, team management, event management and apparel purchasing, working with players ages 6 to 16.
Angelo also recruited and managed the Varsity hockey program at the Hill Academy for Pro Hockey for 3 years, one that graduated multiple players to the OHL and NCAA. Additionally, Angelo served as a video scout for the Arizona Coyotes for the 2018-19 season.
Angelo graduated from the University of Windsor in 1992 and now lives in Whitby, Ontario with his wife Sandra, daughter Abby and his son Cole.
