Were it not for some friendly fire against the Devils — two of three New Jersey goals went in off Kraken defensemen — they could have swept the whole thing. Coach Dan Bylsma hoped the significance was felt by his players.
- “The change in mindset and how we played,” he added. “This was a tough road trip. We had success in all those games a certain way and that should be pretty evident.”
