Arizona Inks Dzingel to One Year Deal

GLENDALE, AZ – Arizona Coyotes General Manager Bill Armstrong announced today that the Coyotes have signed forward Ryan Dzingel to a one-year contract. As per club policy, terms of the contract were not disclosed.

The 29-year-old Dzingel registered 8-5-13 with 21 penalty minutes (PIM) in 40 games with the Carolina Hurricanes and Ottawa Senators in 2020-21.

The 6-foot, 190-pound forward recorded back-to-back seasons with 20-plus goals and 40-plus points in 2017-18 (23-18-41 in 79 games) and 2018-19 (26-30-56 in 78 games).

Ottawa Acquires Dzingel in a Swap of Forwards with Carolina

OTTAWA, ONT- The Ottawa Senators announced today that the team has acquired forward Ryan Dzingel from the Carolina Hurricanes in exchange for forwards Alex Galchenyuk and Cedric Paquette.

 A native of Wheaton, Ill., Dzingel returns to the Senators in the midst of a campaign in which he has registered four points (two goals, two assists) and two penalty minutes over 11 games in his second season with the Hurricanes.
